Terms and Conditions

Westcon UK Fire and Ice Incentive 2023/2024

1. Only invoiced orders with Westcon UK at trade value excluding VAT are taken into consideration during the incentive period: 1st September 2023 to 28th January 2024.
2. Rewards will be given to partner(s) exceeding pre-set expenditure targets ($ USD) on ALL products and services included in the Westcon UK and Ireland solution portfolio. Note: expenditure excludes Comstor UK business (Cisco), and business booked or invoiced outside of the United Kingdom.
3. Additional ‘Elite Seats’ rewards may be issued to partner(s) achieving vendor-specific milestone activity and/or vendor-approved deal registrations (pipeline), and/or completing specific enablement activities e.g. health check services or sales buzz days. See promotional material for details.
4. Qualifying partners’ expenditure must exceed minimum order value of $1,000,000 excluding taxes to qualify and be booked within the incentive period - excludes Elite Seat milestones.
5. Rewards comprise of a hosted travel package including flights, accommodation on single or twin occupancy basis, coordinated activity schedule and all reasonable expenses - meals, refreshments, supplier fees and insurances - with values estimated at £2,800 per person.
6. Westcon reserves the right to exclude price-supported business.
7. There will be no allowance for orders placed without Purchase Orders that have been accepted by Westcon.
8. Awards will be allocated based on a highest % or $USD performance basis including any vendor-specific milestone activities.
9. Westcon reserves the right to amend or withdraw the reward and the Managing Director’s decisions on reward allocations are final.
10. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Westcon Group account be in arrears.
11. No cash alternatives available.
12. Westcon is not responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the provision of the incentive including but not limited to those incurred by the reseller*.
13. Only resellers who provide end-user data where required will qualify for this incentive.
14. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw or amend the reward at any time – Westcon’s decision is final.

*By taking an active part in the above incentive, we are responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable tax liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for any such declaration.
