RSAC 2026: Tech Xpert Takeover Incentive Terms & Conditions

By participating in this incentive scheme you confirm that you have ensured that such participation is in compliance with your organisation’s own internal policies and procedures regarding incentives, anti-bribery, gifts, favours and entertainment and that you will bring the incentive to the attention of your organisation and obtain any necessary approvals.

1. All Westcon-Comstor Tech Xpert community members in EMEA and APAC are eligible to take part in this incentive.
2. Only Tech Xpert points earned during the incentive period (4th September 2025 - 30th January 2026) from point of incentive registration are taken into consideration. Minimum point threshold of 500 during the incentive period applies.
3. Quality of engagement will be assessed, and poor-quality engagements will not be rewarded – e.g.
   • Logging into a 3D Lab but not actively using it
   • Attending more than one virtual event simultaneously
   • Posting AI-generated content on the Tech ConneX platform or leaving phatic comments on multiple posts
   • Consistently engaging with multiple vendors outside of the organisation’s scope
4. Qualifying individuals must have an activated account on the Westcon-Comstor Tech ConneX platform, download the mobile app, and enable mobile push notifications.
5. Qualifying individuals must also be responsible for a minimum of $500,000 business booked with Westcon-Comstor during the incentive period.
6. There will be three winning individuals in EMEA and one winning individual in APAC. Rewards are allocated to the individuals with the most Tech Xpert points earned during the incentive period. Individuals will compete only against other individuals in their territory (EMEA vs EMEA, APAC vs APAC).
7. Rewards comprise of a hosted travel package to RSA Conference 2026 - including flights, accommodation on single occupancy basis, and all reasonable expenses - meals, refreshments and supplier fees – with total values estimated at up to $9,000 per person.
8. There will be a maximum of one winner per company.
9. Registration is on behalf of the individual, not the company.
10. Westcon reserves the right to exclude price-supported business.
11. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Westcon Group account be in arrears.
12. No cash alternatives available.
13. Westcon is not responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the provision of the incentive including but not limited to those incurred by the reseller*.
14. Only resellers who provide end-user data where required will qualify for this incentive.
15. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw or amend the reward at any time – Westcon’s decision is final.

By taking an active part in the above incentive, we are responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable tax liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for any such declaration.
