Barry Ralph is an EMEA Solutions Architect at Westcon with over 21 years at the company. His expertise spans Unified Communications, Microsoft collaboration, and cyber security, giving him a practical perspective on how organisations implement technology. Barry has worked with vendors including Nortel, Avaya, and Mitel, before specialising in Microsoft technologies such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, SBCs, and contact centre solutions. For the past several years, he has focused on Zscaler and Zero Trust security and in 2025, he was recognised as Zscaler ACE MVP of the Year for EMEA.
