The course combines theory, real demo scenarios, and practical labs.

Daniel Montilla is a senior network and security professional with extensive experience across engineering, pre-sales, and technical leadership roles in Europe. Since April 2022, he has been working at Westcon as an EMEA Solutions Architect focused on Zscaler technologies, supporting partners and customers across the region. He also holds Zscaler ACE recognition, reflecting his deep expertise in cloud security and zero-trust solutions.

Zscaler EMEA Solutions Architect

Barry Ralph is an EMEA Solutions Architect at Westcon with over 21 years at the company. His expertise spans Unified Communications, Microsoft collaboration, and cyber security, giving him a practical perspective on how organisations implement technology. Barry has worked with vendors including Nortel, Avaya, and Mitel, before specialising in Microsoft technologies such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, SBCs, and contact centre solutions. For the past several years, he has focused on Zscaler and Zero Trust security and in 2025, he was recognised as Zscaler ACE MVP of the Year for EMEA.
