“Marathon” Partner Incentive

By participating in this incentive scheme you confirm that you have ensured that such participation is in compliance with your organisation’s own internal policies and procedures regarding incentives, anti-bribery, gifts, favours and entertainment and that you will bring the incentive to the attention of your organisation and obtain any necessary approvals before receiving the incentive.
1. The order needs to be shipped and invoiced, with Westcon-Comstor practices at trade value excluding VAT and are taken into consideration during the incentive period May to December 2024 with a halfway prize in September. The top 20 performers at the end of Q3 will be rewarded with a prestigious team prize.
2. The incentive is only for Ruckus Partners.
3. All Ruckus Networks products are included in value.
4. Among all qualified partners, the top 20 will win exciting team prizes and a sales kickback.
5. Westcon will set the sales targets that should be achieved by the end of the year to qualify for the final prizes.
6. Registration* is on behalf of the company, not the individual. By taking an active part in selecting and arranging for my staff to participate in the above incentive, even though Westcon is providing the benefit, I am responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable PAYE and National Insurance liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for that declaration.
7. Westcon reserves the right to exclude price-supported business.
8. Rewards will only be provided to recipients provided that their participation in the scheme has been permitted by a person in their organisation who has the level of authority to approve their participation.
9. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Westcon Group account be in arrears.
10. Issuing of prizes to winners will be at the approval of the business owners or directors. No cash alternatives are available.
11. No cash alternatives are available. The winners will be notified in writing.
12. Westcon is not responsible for any reseller tax liabilities - By taking an active part in selecting and arranging for your staff to participate in the above incentive, even though Westcon is providing the benefit, you are responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable PAYE and National Insurance liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for that declaration.
13. Only resellers who provide end–user data where required will qualify for this incentive.
14. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw or amend the incentive or prize at any time.
