Terms and conditions

By participating in this incentive scheme you confirm that you have ensured
that such participation is in compliance with your organisation’s own internal policies
and procedures regarding incentives, anti-bribery, gifts, favours and entertainment and that you will bring the incentive to the attention of your organisation and obtain any necessary approvals before receiving the incentive.

  1. Only receipted orders with Westcon-Comstor practices at trade value excluding VAT are taken into consideration during the incentive period 1 January to 31 December 2023
  2. This reward will be given on all Nokia business placed with Westcon excluding renewals. The incentive is only for Westcon and Nokia registered partners.
  3. Targets will be defined for each registered partner and forwarded with a separate email. There will be no allowance for orders placed without purchase orders. Qualifying orders must exceed minimum order value of $100,000 excluding taxes to qualify and be booked in the incentive period 1 January to 31 December 2023.
  4. The top 10 partners in EMEA with the greatest increase in value, based on the defined target per partner, will be entered and be considered for a ticket to Finland! The prizes will be awarded from a pre-defined prize fund on a first-come, first-served basis if the sales achieved are equal.
  5. Registration is on behalf of the company, not the individual. By taking an active part in selecting and arranging for my staff to participate in the above incentive, even though Westcon is providing the benefit, I am responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable PAYE and National Insurance liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for that declaration.
  6. Westcon reserves the right to exclude price-supported business.
  7. Rewards will only be provided to recipients provided that their participation in the scheme has been permitted by a person in their organisation who has the level of authority to approve their participation.
  8. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Westcon Group account be in arrears.
  9. Registration is on behalf of the participating executive.
  10. No cash alternatives available.
  11. Westcon is not responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the provision of the incentive including but not limited to those incurred by the individual recipient and the Reseller.*
  12. Only recipients who provide end-user data where required will qualify for this incentive.
  13. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw or amend the reward at any time –Westcon’s decision is final.
  14. Any queries regarding this incentive should be submitted in writing to email.
