Terms and conditions

By participating in this incentive scheme you confirm that you have ensured that such participation is in compliance with your organisation’s own internal policies and procedures regarding incentives, anti-bribery, gifts, favours and entertainment and that you will bring the incentive to the attention of your organisation and obtain any necessary approvals before receiving the incentive.

  1. Only receipted orders with Westcon-Comstor practices at trade value excluding VAT are taken into consideration during the incentive period 1 March to 31 August 2023.
  2. This reward will be given on all Extreme Networks business placed for Subscription Revenues (eg SKU’s starting XIQ-*** or starting XSW-***). The incentive is only for Extreme Authorized Partners. Diamond and Gold partners are excluded from this incentive.
  3. Each Partner needs to have completed the ExtremeCloud ESS (Sales) training
  4. Targets will be defined for each registered partner and forwarded within a separate email. There will be no allowance for orders placed without purchase orders. 
  5. The top 10 partners with the greatest revenue growth against target will be eligible to claim a voucher for a balloon ride worth $500. The prizes will be awarded from a predefined prize fund on a first-come, first-served basis if the sales achieved are equal.
  6. Registration is on behalf of the company, not the individual. By taking an active part in selecting and arranging for my staff to participate in the above incentive, even though Westcon is providing the benefit, I am responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable PAYE and National Insurance liabilities related to this incentive. Westcon will ensure that you have sufficient information for that declaration.
  7. Westcon reserves the right to exclude price-supported business.
  8. Rewards will only be provided to recipients provided that their participation in the scheme has been permitted by a person in their organisation who has the level of authority to approve their participation.
  9. Westcon reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Westcon Group account be in arrears.
  10. No cash alternatives available.
